Harvesting

This is what consumed my entire weekend (give or take a few hours of sewing and playing softball).

Making sure this yummy produce from the garden didn't go to waste. 

I made four loafs of zucchini bread (one was devoured shortly after being removed from the oven) 

Three quarts of spaghetti sauce 

 

And, a dozen pints of dill pickle relish.

Now I just need to go back to work to get some rest!
