Back in June, I made a tote bag for our friend, Karli as a graduation present (see posting Tote Bag for Graduate). Just prior to Karli heading off to college the end of August, she had mentioned that she was shopping for things for her dorm room and a seat cushion was on her list. Since I had fabric left over from her tote bag, I told her I would make good use of the left over fabric from her tote bag and make her a seat cushion.
Not knowing the size of the chair she would be utilizing for those long hours of studying (right, Karl?), I made a standard 16" x 16" seat cushion, and I made sure I added extra stuffing for comfort and to protect the tush.
