A very dear friend of ours just graduated from high school. I told her I would make her graduation present, and she immediately asked for a tote bag but with a special request that the material not be too girly or contain flowers. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
It took me a little while to find the fabric, but thanks to shopping on the Internet, I found the PERFECT patterned material and (as a bonus) in her favorite color.
I spend last weekend cutting, quilting and sewing,
and I got it done! It turned out sooooo cute!
And, she loved it too!!
