Last Friday started off with a bang (literally!). My DH had a little incident and fell, which I swear registered a 9.0 on the
Ritcher scale. Besides a bruised ego, he fracturing a few of his
vertebra's and will be in a small body cast for the next several weeks.
Needless to say, we spent several hours in the ER. While my hubby was enduring numerous tests, I spent a majority of my Friday working on my traveling project. I completed the entire kite block. I think it looks pretty good.
The rest of the weekend, I played nurse maid and tried to keep a very restless man entertained! Our nephew Cooper made his Uncle Ken (aka the Cookie Monster) a special get well card and personally delivered him his all time favorite COOKIES!
Thanks Cooper for making Uncle Ken's day and bringing him cookies!!
