I recently learned a new tidbit that I thought I would share.
Cleaning an ear of corn without the mess.
Cut off the bottom of the ear of corn
Grab the tassel of silk on the top end of the ear
Squeeze, until the ear of corn slides out of the husk free of all the silk
Ta Da! Quick and easy way to clean your ears of corn with little to no mess.
