Last year, I had a quest to try and make something for everyone on my holiday gift list. I was a sewing fiend last year. I believe I was successful and made 28 (give or take a few) gifts, but last Christmas season was a blur.
This year, it is quite a different story. I made no plans to make anything this year for gifts. I decided to enjoy my sewing time (without the stress) and if something arose from my creative mind and time allowed, I might have homemade gift or two for a random friend or family member.
No, I'm not the Grinch....
I just did not want to over do it and enjoy the season!
I have a lot of gift ideas and I have been keeping a running list, but I have had very little time at my sewing machine. I can't figure out where my time goes.
I know I work a full time job, try and manage an on-line fabric shop, post on my blog, cook, and clean, but it seems like all my days run together.
But fear not, I have completed a couple (literally only a few) Christmas gifts that I will post within the next week or two. Shhhhhh.......don't want to ruin the surprise!
