Last night, we experienced a lightening storm that I did not think was possible here in the Northwest.
The rumbling skies, flickering spears of light, and loud crashes of thunder kept us up most of the night.
We only have a few thunder and lightening storms here each year. When we do get the occasional storm, it is extremely mild. Our storms do not EVEN compare to those in the mid-west or the east coast. Now, those are some storms!
Mother Nature decided to present us with a freak (and rare) storm last night, and all I can say is that it greatly deprived me of my much needed beauty sleep! ZZZZzzzzzzzzz
